1. Definitions and Scope of Agreement

In this document, "lucky33", "we", "us" or "platform" refers to lucky33 and all entities operating under that brand. "User", "you" or "member" refers to any individual who registers an account or accesses lucky33 services.

These Terms and Conditions cover all aspects of using the lucky33 platform, including online slots, live casino, sports betting, and all related support services. 2. User Eligibility

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account at any one time. Holding more than one account — whether in your own name or another person's — is a serious breach of these terms and may result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of balances.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

lucky33 supports a range of payment methods for users in Malaysia, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH). All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) except for cryptocurrency payments.

All deposits and withdrawals must be made using a payment method registered in the same user's name. lucky33 does not accept payments via third-party accounts or cards. Any attempt to manipulate the payment system will result in account suspension and the relevant funds being held for investigation.

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM200 → Account balance RM300 → Total wagering required: RM200 × 10 = RM2,000
• Deposit RM750 → Bonus RM1,500 → Account balance RM2,250 → Total wagering required: RM1,500 × 10 = RM15,000

Other promotions and bonuses offered from time to time are subject to the specific terms stated alongside the relevant offer. lucky33 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time. Misuse of promotions, including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses, is prohibited and will result in bonus cancellation and possible account closure.

6. Game Rules and Betting Outcomes

All games on the lucky33 platform — including online slots, live casino (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, sic bo), and sports betting — are operated in accordance with the rules set by their respective game providers and applicable international licensing standards.

The outcome of all games is final once a round has been recorded by the system. lucky33 is not responsible for disruptions or technical errors caused by a user's internet connection. In the event of a technical error on our end, lucky33 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the wagered amount to the user's account.

• Bets placed cannot be cancelled once a round has started.

7. User Conduct and Responsibilities

• Attempting to exploit technical bugs or system vulnerabilities on the platform.

• Collusion between players to manipulate game outcomes.

Users are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under their account. lucky33 bears no responsibility for losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from the user's own negligence.

8. Account Suspension, Restriction and Closure

lucky33 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict access to or close a user's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• The user is found to have breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• lucky33 has reasonable grounds to believe the account is being used for fraudulent or unlawful activity.
• The user fails to comply with a KYC identity verification request within the specified timeframe.
